We invite you to browse around and check out all that we have to offer, since there are so many games in the series we have decided to split the games into individual categories. The staff at Final Fantasy Info.com considers any Final Fantasy game that was made before Final Fantasy X as a classic game, Final Fantasy X and any new Final Fantasy games are considered the modern games, games not part of the main series or are their own series set like Kingdom Hearts and the Crystal Chronicles series have their own categories.

Contact form fixed, sight down time caused too.

I have fixed the contact form and everyone should be able to use it to contact the staff. If anyone has any issues with the forms please contact me through the community forums. I can also confirm the server hosting the site went down for about 5 minutes around 9:42PM EST today. I am working on a setup called "HA" or "High Availability" which, when setup, will prevent any downtimes like this. I hope to get this setup sometime this weekend.

It has come to my attention that when some people view the contact page they are just getting a blank page, this is not affecting everyone but I am looking into the problem right now and working my best to get it fixed. Sorry about this folks, in the mean time feel free to use the community forums to contact the staff.

New Staff Position Open

I have added a new position to the staff of Final Fantasy Info.com, Social Media Coordinator. More and more people are using social media than ever before and it has become a great way to get information about website to a lot of people, and it is cheap too. The Social Media Coordinator will run our page on the various social media sites like Facebook, Google +, Twitter, and more. I hope everyone had a good Thanksgiving yesterday, I enjoyed the food, family and time off! Yesterday gave me the time off I needed to finish the contact the staff page which will allow you to send any questions/comments you have, apply for a staff position, report errors on the site, and submit your fan creations. Although the fan creation submission does not work right now as I am still working on setting up the server to help protected against bad uploads this should be done this weekend.

Lots of game sections added.

I know it has been about a month since the last update to the site but I have been working hard. Some of the work you can see and some you can't. If you look you will notice that navigation sections now have games listed in them. I have added a section for every media title (game, book, movie, anime, etc) that is related to Final Fantasy. I have also placed a basic home page for each media item.

Fixed menu and section portals up.

I have uploaded a fixed version of the navigation menu yesterday. This has fixed the issue that users of Internet Explorer 8 had with the it, along with this fix I have also uploaded the portal pages for each section as well as added a section for the Kingdom Hearts games. I have not started to work on the Multimedia section as I want to get the cosplay pictures I took up on the web, if I can find the memory card they are stored on. The tablet I was using died and for the life of me I can not find the memory card after I took it out of the tablet.

Bug found with Internet Explorer 8 and the menu.

Looking over the site today from work, where they use Internet Explorer 8,a problem that did not show up in development was found in the navigation menu. It seems that when using Internet Explorer 8 and you remove your mouse from one of the top navigation menus the entire page shifts up a bit. It should not be doing this and I am now working on a fix, I hope to find one by tomorrow night. I am sorry about any problems this might be causing anyone.

Back from Distant Worlds in Los Angeles CA.

I just got back from attending two great Distant Worlds concerts in Los Angeles, CA. Arnie Roth (the conductor of Distant Worlds) announced plans to bring Distant worlds to Boston, MA and New York next year. Mr. Roth also announced that they where working on a song with vocals based of Eyes on Me from Final Fantasy VIII. I was also able to get some great pictures of some great cosplayers, unfortunately the script I used to upload the files and the cosplay's name did not work as tested and designed. I got the pictures but it did not save the names, I am so mad. I remember a few names but not all so I want to apologize for those I do not remember since I will have to list you as "Unknown", if you see this place send the staff an email and give me your name and character you dressed as. Incase you do not have my card anymore you can contact the staff at staff@ffinfo.com and it will get to me. All images should be up in about 3 weeks

A bug in the configuration of the community forums system was stoping the emails needed to complete the signup process from being sent out to the members. This but has now been fixed so if you want to head over the community forums and sign up you should have no problems with it now.

While I continue to work on the staff section as fast as possible to get content you want to see up I did a quick little update to the main site by adding a Google +1 button, Facebook Like button, a Twitter Tweet button. If you like the site and want to let others know please make use of them and spread the word.
